• You will be picked up from your hotel or accommodation by our shuttle service.

• Upon arrival at the waterpark located in the Türkler region of Alanya, our team will assist you with the entrance procedures.

• You will receive the keys to the locker rooms.

• You will be briefed about the facility. The meeting time and point for the return trip will be explained to you.

• You can enjoy your time at Alanya Waterpark until 5:00 PM.

• As the departure time approaches, our staff will meet you at the designated meeting point.

• All tour participants will board the vehicle once they have reached the meeting point.

• A headcount will be conducted to ensure that no one is missing.

• Our vehicles will depart from the waterpark and drop you off at your hotel or accommodation.
